Customer terms

This page is a short, plain-language summary of the launch customer terms. The terms applying to a quotation will govern the service.

Quotation and payment

Payment is taken only after SiteRespond confirms recovery can proceed and issues a fixed quotation. If we cannot take the case, no payment is taken.

Diagnosis and scope

Public scans report indicators consistent with compromise; they do not prove infection or guarantee that every hidden threat has been found or removed. Work is limited to the agreed quotation. Serious data incidents may require specialist incident-response handling, which we explain before payment.

How work is delivered

SiteRespond manages each recovery from diagnosis to completion. Technical work may be performed by vetted independent specialists operating under SiteRespond’s security, confidentiality and quality requirements.

Ownership and access

Sensitive findings and remediation require reasonable ownership verification. Credentials are requested only after payment, encrypted, access-audited and deleted after completion. Prefer temporary access and revoke it when work ends.

Completion and the 48-hour window

After completion evidence and a post-recovery verification scan, customers have 48 hours to report a defined unresolved issue. SiteRespond reviews disputes and authorises payment release after acceptance; release is not triggered by a customer click alone.

Consumer rights

Silence during the review window may support acceptance under the customer terms, but it does not remove or restrict statutory consumer rights.
