Public scanning and initial assessment are free. Any diagnosis or recovery work is quoted before payment.
You do not pay until SiteRespond has confirmed that recovery can proceed and issued a fixed quotation. Payment is only authorised after fulfilment is confirmed — not on a speculative click alone.
SiteRespond presents one fixed quotation covering the agreed scope before specialist work begins. The price is agreed before chargeable work starts.
Managed recovery is quoted separately after assessment. Ongoing protection plans — SiteRespond Watch and SiteRespond Defence for WordPress — are subscription products with their own pricing. See the Watch and Defence article for monitoring plan details.
When public evidence is insufficient to scope cleanup safely, SiteRespond may quote a paid diagnosis first. If you proceed to remediation, diagnosis fees may be credited toward the recovery quotation where stated in your case.
