Getting started with SiteRespond

SiteRespond starts with public diagnosis. You do not need WordPress login details or hosting credentials to run an initial scan or open an emergency request.

Run a free public scan

Enter your website URL on the scan page. SiteRespond checks publicly visible signals — redirects, browser warnings, suspicious resources on public pages and common malware patterns visible from the outside.

  • No credentials required for the initial scan
  • Results typically available in minutes
  • WordPress detection is cautious — unknown does not mean not WordPress

Request emergency help

If your site is down, redirecting visitors or showing security warnings, use the emergency path from the homepage or scan flow. Emergency requests are prioritised for triage. SiteRespond still confirms fulfilment can proceed before any chargeable work begins.

What happens next

If further work is needed, SiteRespond reviews the evidence, confirms scope and presents a fixed quotation. Payment is only taken after fulfilment is confirmed and the price is agreed. See the recovery process article for the full case lifecycle.
